Details of the show remains unknown while production is expected to start next years, and new report from Story Kitchen, production company, provided some interesting information.

Tomb Raider TV Series Will Be Related to Video Games 1

It tells us that upcoming Tomb Raider adaptation will not be an independent story; instead, it will have some connections to video games to create a “unified storytelling universe”. Over the last 30 years, we have seen more than 30 games about Lara Croft and it’s not mentioned which exactly video games will be related to the series. However, most likely it’s latest three games made by Crystal Dynamics studio – Tomb Raider (2013), Rise of the Tomb Raider and Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

According to rumors, there is another Tomb Raider game in development set in India and recently insider gave us some information on a new project. There is also a chance the game will be officially revealed at The Game Awards 2025 on December 11.
