Insomniac Games Teasing Marvel’s Wolverine Gameplay Reveal Before Pre-Orders Open

Marvel’s Wolverine, the next title from Insomniac Games, the developers of Marvel’s Spider-Man franchise, is set to release this September, and it’s one of the most anticipated titles of 2026. The developers have previously teased the new gameplay will be revealed this spring, and the studio’s recent tweet also gives an update not only about the next gameplay showcase but also about opening pre-orders.

Insomniac Games often holds a session of questions and answers on X social media, and during such a conversation, one of the users asked the studio about when pre-orders of Marvel’s Wolverine will be available. Developers have revealed they want to reveal more of the game before opening pre-orders, as you can check out below:

Over the past few weeks, we heard that Marvel’s Wolverine will be the first game in Marvel Games universe that will not feature an open world. Also, a recent report reveals that Mystique will be one of the villains in the game, and Insomniac Games plans to release multiple superhero projects in the next couple of years, including Marvel’s X-Men —and Marvel’s Wolverine will probably set up this game. As for Marvel’s Wolverine, the studio also confirmed to release more information about the game this spring.
