Yesterday the Minor tournament ended up in Jakarta. Infamous reminded why it was so important to register their roster.

At GESC Indonesia 2018 Infamous managed to take the fourth position which brought them a money reward of $35,000. Besides the money reward Infamous could receive 30 DPC Points each, but they managed to earn only 7 points for each player. This situation happened as Infamous hadn’t registered their roster on the registration page and all the players were considered to be stand-in players.

We want to remind what Dota Pro Circuit regulations hold on this issue:

  • If 4 registered players take part in the elimination round and all the 5 players take part in the LAN final, there will be no fine.
  • If 4 registered players take part in the elimination round but the team plays with a substitute at the LAN final, the players will receive 75% from the points they can get and the substitute will receive 50% of the points.
  • In other cases all the players will receive only 25% of the points.

Consequently, as the participants of GESC Indonesia 2018 Evil Geniuses got 150 DPC Points, VGJ.Thunder — 90 DPC Points, Natus Vincere — 30 DPC Points, and Infamous — 7.
