Rumor: Team Falcons to Disband Their Dota 2 Roster

Last year's The International 2025 champions, Team Falcons, are reportedly set to leave the Dota 2 discipline and disband their current roster. This was reported by several sources on X, citing fans of the organization.

A fan of the team with the handle BX55_RT shared the fresh rumors on their official account. According to their information, Team Falcons will fully halt their Dota 2 operations and disband their roster. Instead, the organization reportedly plans to focus on a return to Valorant, where it previously fielded several rosters in various leagues.

Team Falcons' current Dota 2 roster

As a reminder, Team Falcons entered the discipline in 2023, after which they signed several well-known players. Since then, the team has performed strongly at numerous events: 1st place at BetBoom Dacha Dubai 2024, 1st place at DreamLeague Season 22, 1st place at ESL One Birmingham 2024, and 4th place at The International 2024.

The roster also won last year's premier tournament, The International 2025, earning $1,224,732 in prize money. However, this year's season has not brought the organization similar results. The team failed to win a single event all year and was eliminated in 7th-8th place at The International 2026.
