Cyberleek Announced More GTA 6 Leaks Soon and Issued Ultimatum to Rockstar Games
Yesterday's GTA 6 leak was a breath of fresh air for fans starved of new info, and it turned into one of the biggest leaks in history related to the game. The person behind it, a hacker going by Cyberleek, claimed in a follow-up post that more leaks were coming soon, and their motives have since come into focus.
On its X account, still active and somehow not banned, Cyberleek teased that a new GTA 6 leak was expected within hours. The original post mentioned 2–4 leaks, though it was later updated with additional details, which you can check out below:

The post got plenty of fans excited, all eager to see more GTA 6 footage. Meanwhile, Cyberleek claims there's a reason behind all this: the leaker stated he will keep releasing exclusive Grand Theft Auto VI footage until Rockstar Games publicly apologizes to players and changes its digital pre-order policy. You can check out Cyberleek's fuller statement below:
"No consumer shall pay for a game through digital storefronts before release and independent review. Physical preorders for tangible media remain permitted. Preorders were not created for gamers. They were created because physical discs had manufacturing limits. In digital distribution, there is no inventory. There is no stock shortage. A digital copy cannot sell out. Yet publishers kept the preorder system and stripped away its only consumer benefit. Now gamers pay early and receive nothing in return except a countdown timer and a cosmetic skin.
If publishers want revenue before launch, they can press discs. Print boxes. Put them on shelves. Earn that money through physical production"
Rockstar's decision to skip physical media for GTA 6 has drawn plenty of criticism from fans, and Japanese players in particular face a 170-day window from launch to activate their digital key before it expires. That's likely part of why some players sympathize with Cyberleek's stated goal, even if the leak itself remains controversial.
As for the GTA 6 leaked footage itself, the first clip shows Jason shooting a basketball into a hoop near his house. The second reveals vehicle physics, NPC interactions, and how police respond when residents are attacked. It also apparently revealed a system resembling Red Dead Redemption 2's honor mechanic, where committing crimes has consequences, and police reportedly now remember a player's appearance and vehicle. Cyberleek also shared the full in-game map.
