A page for the upcoming remake of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, complete with a price, appeared on the Australian Nintendo Store for a couple of hours today. As various publications noted, the digital version was priced at $94.95 AUD, while the physical version was $109.95 AUD. In New Zealand, the price was listed at $104.95 NZD.

No official page was added to the eShop, and the listing could only be found via a direct search. The price converts to approximately $59.99 USD for the digital version, while the physical version is estimated to cost $69.99 USD.For comparison: the recent Yoshi and the Mysterious Book cost the same, and the Star Fox remake was ten dollars more.

The remake itself was announced in June 2026 during a Nintendo Direct as the final game in the presentation, although its development had already been speculated upon earlier due to leaks from insiders.A short trailer showcased a new art style (more realistic, closer to the older games in the series rather than Breath of the Wild or Tears of the Kingdom) and offered a first look at a young Link. It’s a Switch 2 exclusive, and at the time of the announcement, Nintendo hadn’t even provided an estimated release date.

Nintendo has not officially confirmed anything, and the listing itself disappeared from the site just a few hours after it was discovered. The leak occurred a few hours before a special Nintendo Direct event celebrating Zelda’s 40th anniversary, scheduled for today. So, it’s most likely during that event that the official price and release date for the remake will be revealed.

We’d also like to remind you that a few days ago, Nintendo Switch 2 users began having their consoles locked for no apparent reason due to a server error.
