Odoamne moved from Rogue to Excel Esports
The North American esports organization Rogue has announced changes to its League of Legends roster, saying goodbye to top liner Odoamne. In turn, the 27-year-old Romanian player quickly found a new home for himself by joining the Excel Esports roster.
A pillar of our team at the LEC for two years. From every heartbreak to the final victory, it has been an honor to play with Weakside King. Thanks for helping with the story, Odoamne, and good luck with your next chapter.
Odoamne played for Rogue for two seasons. Together with the team, the 27-year-old Romanian top runner became the winner of LEC Summer 2022, got into the TOP-3 at the end of LEC Spring 2021, LEC Summer 2021 and LEC Spring 2022, and also took part in the 2021 World Championship (9th-11th place) and 2022 World Championship (5th-8th place).
This is the first lineup change for Rogue since the sale of a slot in the KOI franchise. In turn, Excel Esports finally approved the roster for the next season, signing not only Odoamne, but Xerxe, Vetheo and Targamas. Now the European team will be preparing for the start of LEC Winter 2023, which will be held from January to February 2023.
