K/DA Is Coming Back: Leaked "Firestarter" Skin Line Details Surface for League of Legends

The rumor mill around K/DA's League of Legends comeback keeps getting louder. After a summer's worth of music and merch leaks, Wild Rift dataminers have now pulled back the curtain on the skins themselves including which champions are getting them and at what tier.

The story kicked off back in July, when well-known leaker LeagueofLeaks claimed K/DA would make its return in Season 3 of 2026, bringing new music and skins for the first time since the ALL OUT release back in 2020. Things picked up steam in late August, when merchandise images leaked online showing fresh designs for both K/DA and boy band HEARTSTEEL. The K/DA merch box was reportedly labeled "Start A Fire" likely the title of the group's next EP. Around the same time, a track called "Watch Me" turned up in the ASCAP registry with K/DA credited as the performer, lending extra weight to the comeback talk.

K/DA Is Coming Back: Leaked

The latest and most concrete leak comes courtesy of dataminer SkinSpotlights, who spotted new skin-line details tucked into a Wild Rift update seemingly by accident. There's no splash art or in-game models to look at yet, but the skin tiers for each champion are already locked in.

  • Akali — Legendary tier, her fourth K/DA skin.
  • Evelynn — the big winner here, landing two skins at once: an Epic and a Prestige. That brings her K/DA total up to five.
  • Kai'Sa — one Epic-tier skin, her fifth in the line.
  • Ahri — an Ultimate skin with four separate forms, a custom Nexus finisher, a turret finisher, and even her own statue. It's her fourth K/DA skin, though there's a chance Riot bumps the PC version up to Exalted tier, a format that typically comes with multiple forms and extra bells and whistles.

Interestingly, the datamine turned up no trace of HEARTSTEEL or a guest artist in the mold of Seraphine, who featured prominently in 2020's ALL OUT. That could suggest the boy band is being saved for its own standalone release rather than a joint drop with K/DA.

Riot Games hasn't confirmed any of this officially, so everything above should still be filed under "leak." That said, three independent threads have now lined up the ASCAP song registration, the merch leak, and now the datamined skin tiers which makes the rumors a lot harder to dismiss than your average speculation cycle. If the timing holds, expect an announcement around the Worlds 2026 final on November 14 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
