Maverick Games Presented the First Trailer of CLUTCH—New Open-World Racing Video Game

This week, Maverick Games—the studio consisting of former Forza Horizon developers, including creative director Mike Brown— showed the first footage of their debut racing project titled CLUTCH. A full look at the game took place during the Summer Game Fest show, after which the first details of the upcoming project also appeared.

Unlike the recently released Forza Horizon 6, CLUTCH makes a clear bet on the story. The main characters of the game are a brother and sister, Theo and Cass Martial, who are trying to become top-class racers through elite R1K races but also participate in illegal street competitions, the Midnight Collective. You can check out the debut trailer of CLUTCH below:

The events of CLUTCH take place on the French Riviera, and players will be able to explore a fully accessible and diverse open world, filled with coastal roads, mountain gorges, and open land areas. The developers also promise to implement a detailed car customization system, including various modifications and gadgets. In addition to the story mode, multiplayer and cross-platform co-op play are expected to be introduced. Full gameplay will be shown next week, on June 10.

You can also check out everything that was revealed and announced at Summer Game Fest.
