EA Sports FC 27 Open-World Mode Details Revealed

After a bunch of speculations, the next EA Sports FC video game, EA Sports FC 27, releasing this year, is going to receive a fully open-world mode. The latest report reveals it will be called The Grounds, and now more details have been revealed.

SpazioGames portal has shared new information on The Grounds open-world mode for the upcoming EA Sports FC 27. It will be similar to NBA 2K’s open world in MyCAREER mode, as the players will be able to walk through a big city and customize their own players in barbershops, gyms, etc. It is also mentioned that The Grounds in EA Sports FC 27 will be fully open-world, not semi-open-world, as some players predicted. You could:

- Roam an entire city;

- Hit the barbershop;

- Drip out your player with fresh fits;

- Grind in the gym;

- Run street games to build your rep;

At this moment, Electronic Arts hasn’t given any comments on potential open-world in EA Sports FC 27, as the game hasn’t been announced yet. But it usually happens at the beginning of the summer, and new EA Sports FC game releases somewhere in September-October the same year. It’s pretty unlikely something can go wrong in 2026.
