Konami Launches eFootball Festival Campaign With Free Epic Player and Rewards

Konami has kicked off the eFootball Festival Campaign, a three-week event celebrating the 31st anniversary of the series. Running from July 23 to August 13, 2026, the campaign introduces a new progression system, free rewards, and the opportunity to unlock an Epic player at no cost.

The centerpiece of the event is the new Campaign Hub, which allows players to choose their own reward path instead of following a fixed progression route. By completing VS AI Tour Matches or eFootball League PvP matches, players earn progress through the map and can collect items such as eFootball Coins, Skill Tokens, Booster Tokens, GP, avatars, and stadium choreographies.

Players can advance through 10 nodes per week, with additional sections unlocking on July 30 and August 8. Completing the full Campaign Hub rewards an Epic: Legends Assemble Selection Contract, allowing players to sign one player from the special Epic collection.

The Epic: Legends Assemble pack features football legends including Dennis Bergkamp, Frank Rijkaard, Daniele Massaro, Paul Scholes, Marco Reus, Rui Costa, Shinji Ono, Mark van Bommel, David Seaman, Wayne Rooney, and Sergio Agüero. Each player comes with a unique special skill exclusive to the campaign.

In addition to the Campaign Hub, Konami will release a new set of Festival Objectives each week. Completing them grants extra rewards, including eFootball Coins, with players able to earn more than 300 Coins throughout the event by logging in and participating regularly.

The eFootball Festival Campaign also marks the beginning of a new wave of content updates. Konami confirmed that additional Epic, Big Time, Show Time, and Highlight player packs will be released every Monday and Thursday during the celebration, starting with the recently introduced Tournament Stars 2026 collection.

The event follows Konami's recent announcement of the Choose Your Path Campaign Hub, which replaced the traditional reward track and introduced a new way for players to unlock seasonal content before the expected arrival of the next major eFootball update.
