Electronic Arts Revealed Highest-Rated Players In EA Sports FC 27

There is just over a month to go until the release of EA Sports FC 27—the latest installment in Electronic Arts’ football simulator series. As the release date draws nearer, the developers are revealing more and more details about various aspects of the game, and this time players have learned which footballers have the highest ratings in the new title.

The studio has revealed the highest-rated players in EA Sports FC 27, and there were no major surprises. Real Madrid’s Kylian Mbappé and Manchester City striker Erling Haaland both received a rating of 91. A much larger number of players received a rating of 90—including Harry Kane, Michael Olise, Pedri, Lamine Yamal, Jude Bellingham, and others, as well as Rodri, who recently moved from Manchester City to Barcelona. As for women’s football, Alexia Putellas of the London City Lionesses has the highest rating (91). Aitana Bonmatí (FC Barcelona) and Khadija Shaw (Manchester City) share second place with a rating of 90.

As is well known, the main new feature in EA Sports FC 27 will be ‘The Grounds’ mode, which allows players to explore a virtual city serving as a fully-fledged open-world sandbox. Moreover, Electronic Arts has also put a great deal of work into the gameplay in this new installment, as well as into Ultimate Team and the ‘Career’ mode. The game is set to release on September 25 on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Switch, and Switch 2.

It has also recently emerged that 2K has founded Small Axe Studios —consisting of former veterans who worked on FIFA and EA Sports FC—and it is believed that the studio will be developing a football simulator to compete with Electronic Arts.
