Today, June 16th, registration for the beta test of the upcoming Overwatch 2 starts. Developers from Blizzard announced this on social networks. The testing itself will begin on the 28th of this month.
The company plans to share details of the new installment of its franchise tonight. They will also show a short film called The Wastelander Animated Short about a newcomer to the list of playable heroes. Namely, about Junker Queen.
Recall that earlier Blizzard at the Xbox & Bethesda Showcase 2022 announced that early access to the game will be available on October 4th, and the project itself will be distributed according to the free-to-play model. The fact that the game will be free was first told by one of the insiders.
