The Valorant developers revealed on their Twitter account that they temporarily removed Killjoy from the search for matches. This decision was made due to a bug with the third Turret ability of this agent. As a result of this error, the turret was located under the map and introduced a strong imbalance.
Now Riot Games will be fixing this error and only after fixing the bug will they return Killjoy to the search for matches.
Yesterday, the developers announced that in the next patch the rules of matchmaking will be changed, which will allow players to encounter Smurfs less often, and a week ago, Riot Games revealed their plans to develop the esports component of their shooter next year. You can read about it here.
