The ex-mentor of Team Project X, Ivan 'Johnta' Shevtsov, who is known for his CS: GO coaching, has decided to move to another esports discipline. The news of this appeared on the Twitter account of FunPlus Phoenix, who became Ivan's new employers.
Ivan 'Johnta' Shevtsov's comment:

"The decision to switch to Valorant was not made quickly and easily. As I immersed myself in the game more and more, my interest in it increased, while CS, on the contrary, faded away. Especially at the competitive level, where everything is super interesting. I will definitely write a VLOG about this in in the nearest future".
Johnta played CS 1.6 on the professional scene from 2008 to 2011 and became a mentor in 2015. During 5 years of his coaching career, Ivan managed to train such rosters as FlipSid3 Tactics, Worst Players, HellRaisers, TYLOO, CR4ZY and others.
It is likely that Ivan's decision to move to Valorant was influenced by the statement by Riot Games regarding plans to develop the esports scene in 2021.
