Rumor: Valorant Patch 13.10 Will Buff Cypher, Killjoy, Vyse, and Sage
A possible list of balance changes for Valorant Patch 13.10 has surfaced online, shared by insider valohabercisi. If the information is accurate, Riot Games will buff Sentinels next week: Cypher, Killjoy, and Vyse will get their destroyed abilities back faster, and Sage will get improvements to healing allies.
According to the insider, most of the changes affect ability cooldowns after they’re destroyed. Here’s the full list of changes attributed to Patch 13.10:
- Cypher (Spycam): The cooldown after reclaiming the camera increases from 15 to 20 seconds, but the cooldown after it’s destroyed drops from 60 to 45 seconds.
- Killjoy (Turret): The cooldown after the turret is destroyed drops from 60 to 45 seconds.
- Vyse (Arc Rose): The cooldown after Arc Rose is destroyed drops from 60 to 45 seconds.
- Sage (Healing Orb): Targeting accuracy on allies improves, and the crosshair is now visible while targeting with Healing Orb.
Cypher’s changes are a mixed bag. His camera becomes less rewarding to pick up and reposition often, but Cypher players will be punished less when enemies find and destroy it. For Killjoy and Vyse, these are clear buffs, since their abilities will be back more often after opponents shoot them down. Sage’s changes are about convenience: it will be easier to heal teammates in the chaos of a fight without missing them.
If the leak is confirmed, it will continue Riot’s push to strengthen Sentinels. Back in Patch 13.00, the developers buffed most agents in this class. Killjoy’s turret got a 50% higher rate of fire, Cypher’s Trapwire got a faster windup, and Sage’s self-heal was doubled. Rumors about further Killjoy buffs have also surfaced online recently.
Riot Games hasn’t confirmed any changes for Patch 13.10 yet, so the final list may differ. Official patch notes are usually published the day before an update goes live.
