Former Team Liquid coach joins club as content maker
European esports organization Team Liquid has announced the inclusion of Sliggy in the list of club content creators. Recall that previously the 33-year-old Briton was the head coach of the VALORANT team, but left his own in May last year.
Get up, get up! He is part of Team Liquid again and everything will be fine! Welcome back, Sliggy.
Sliggy has been Team Liquid's head coach since the club signed fish123 in August 2020. During his time with the team, the 33-year-old British specialist became the winner of VALORANT Champions Tour 2021: EMEA Stage 2 Challengers Finals, VALORANT Champions Tour 2021: Europe Stage 3 Challengers 2, VALORANT Champions Tour 2021: EMEA Last Chance Qualifier and Red Bull Home Ground #2, and also made it to the top three at the Allied Esports Odyssey, BLAST Twitch Invitational, Red Bull Home Ground, VALORANT Champions Tour 2021: Europe Stage 2 Challengers 2 and VALORANT Champions 2021.
However, after a failed performance at the VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: Stage 1 Masters - Reykjavík, the club fired the coach, who sat inactive until August. In turn, Team Liquid has since partnered with eMIL, who remains the team's coach to this day.
Recall that Team Liquid got into the European League, where Team Vitality, Karmine Corp, FUT Esports, BBL Esports, Fnatic, NAVI, KOI, Team Heretics and Giants Gaming will also play.
