Changes to Killjoy and Raze, and the continuation of the "Quick Play" beta - Meet Patch 6.03 for VALORANT
Riot Games has unveiled a list of changes that will appear in VALORANT with the release of patch 6.03. In this update, the developers paid attention to refining the abilities of the Killjoy and Raze agents, and also officially extended the beta testing of the Quick Play mode. Despite the small number of fixes, the update is quite significant from a meta point of view.
Agent Changes
Killjoy reworks
- Reduced Turret health to 100 HP. Now opponents will be able to destroy the turret faster, especially if their weapons are not very powerful.
- The cost of the ultimate ability "Block" has been increased to eight points.
Raze Reworks
- Reduced the duration of the Bombtron to five seconds.
Bug fixes
- Changed the hair height of Sage, Neon, Jett and Yoru. Now it matches the standard height range.
- Auto-moving objects (such as Skye bloodhounds) will now pass through a low area on Pearl near the defender's base.
- Fixed a bug due to which KAY/O could sometimes move after death during the "NULL/cmd" skill.
Social Opportunity Changes
- Real-time automatic text analysis has been added to the agent selection screen (currently only available in North America).
In addition, the developers have officially extended the beta testing of the "Quick Play" mode. Riot Games took into account the wishes of the fans, so they decided to meet them halfway and left the new mode in the game.
