Rumors: Kanpeki to replace hazed in TSM
According to authoritative insider George Geddes, the North American esports organization TSM intends to make changes to its VALORANT roster. The team is reportedly training with Kanpeki and the club is already in talks with the former Sentinels player. The 25-year-old American will take the place of hazed, who will leave the team.
It is not known what the possible permutations in the team are connected with. However, according to the source, the situation is approaching a denouement.
hazed returned to TSM last December. In a few months, the 33-year-old American managed to reach the finals of the Knights Arena Freezeout and Ludwig x Tarik Invitational.
In turn, Kanpeki made a name for himself with Akrew, where he won Nerd Street Gamers: Winter Championship - Open 8, Nerd Street Gamers: Winter Championship - Open 9, Knights Arena Monthly Gauntlet - December and Nerd Street Gamers: Winter Championship - Philadelphia. In addition, last summer, the 25-year-old American player managed to light up in the Sentinels, having failed in the group stage of the VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: North America Stage 2 Challengers.
Since then, Kanpeki has remained without a band, unsuccessfully trying to return to the scene. It is reported that the Evil Geniuses organization was interested in the e-sportsman, but the negotiations did not progress.
Currently, the TSM team continues to play in the group stage of VALORANT Challengers 2023: North America Split 1. After two rounds, the North American team has one victory and one defeat.
Estimated composition of TSM in the VALORANT discipline:
- seven
- corey
- gMd
- nature
- Kanpeki
- Daeda (head coach)
- Engh (assistant coach)
