mummAy And TiGG Join Turtle Troop
North American team Turtle Troop has announced the signing of mummAy and TiGG. The newcomers are meant to replace Okeanos and Harmful, who left the band last week. With the new additions, the team will continue their performances in the group stage of VALORANT Challengers 2023: North America Split 1.
We are happy to announce that for the rest of VALORANT Challengers 2023: North America Split 1 we will be playing with mummAy and TiGG.
mummAy made a name for himself on Team Envy, where he won Cloud9 To The Skyes and VALORANT Champions Tour 2021: North America Stage 1 Challengers 2, as well as finishing in the top three at First Strike North America and VALORANT Champions Tour 2021: North America Stage 2 Challengers 1. The last team in the career of the 28-year-old American was NYFU, however, at the beginning of last year, the esportsman went inactive and remained away from the competitive scene.
In turn, TiGG made himself known thanks to his performances for the Luminosity Gaming team, with whom he won the Nerd Street Gamers: Winter Championship - Open 12, and also took third place in the VALORANT Champions Tour 2021: North America Stage 3 Challengers 2. At the end of last season, the 23-year-old American played for the Shopify Rebellion team, but did not deserve to remain in the roster.
Currently, the Turtle Troop team continues its performances in the group stage of VALORANT Challengers 2023: North America Split 1. After two rounds, the North American team has two losses.
