Team Liquid and 100 Thieves will play in the same group at Red Bull Home Ground 3

Red Bull presented the results of the group stage draw for the upcoming Red Bull Home Ground 3. According to the results, Team Liquid and 100 Thieves got into Group B, where, together with Team Heretics and FUT Esports, they will compete for three vacant spots in the playoffs.

It is noteworthy that Red Bull Home Ground 3 will be the first test of strength for several teams at once. In particular, Team Liquid, FOKUS, 100 Thieves, Cloud9 and KRÜ Esports will bring their new rosters to the UK. In turn, FUT Esports and Team Vitality managed to make their debut at the G-Loot VALORANT Clash - Grand Finals, while Team Heretics tried their hand at the Valorant India Invitational.

The championship will be held according to non-standard rules. Here, the participants will have to choose the so-called "home grounds" - the cards that will be played first. If a team wins two "home courts" in a row, it automatically wins the series.

Interestingly, of all the representatives of the tournament, only FOKUS is not part of the affiliate program. All other clubs will play in Europe or America, while the German organization will be represented in the Challengers series.

Last year, two Red Bull Home Ground championships took place. The winner of the first tournament was G2 Esports, the second — Team Liquid.

Red Bull Home Ground 3 will take place from 9 to 11 December in Manchester at the Victoria Warehouse. As part of the championship, eight teams from Europe, Turkey, North and Latin America will compete for a total prize pool of $100,000.
