Zellsis should join Cloud9

According to well-known insider George Geddes, the North American esports organization Cloud9 will sign a contract with Zellsis. The 24-year-old American player will be the latest cog in a mechanism that plans to enter the fight for the titles as early as the next VCT 2023 season. It is reported that negotiations with all parties will be completed in the near future.

Zellsis made a name for himself with Version1, where he spent a season and a half. Despite a recent attempt to gain a foothold in the Sentinels, the 24-year-old American returned to his native land, but soon left the starting lineup after Version1 did not make the final list of partners.

It should be noted that together with the Zellsis team, he won the Knights Monthly Gauntlet - March, took second place in the VCT 2021: North America Stage 2 Challengers Finals, and also took part in the VCT 2021: Stage 2 Masters - Reykjavík.

Cloud9 has partnered with Riot Games and will take part in the top competitive ecosystem alongside Sentinels, 100 Thieves, NRG Esports, Evil Geniuses, FURIA, LOUD, MIBR, Leviatán Esports, and KRÜ Esports.

A few days ago, the same George Geddes published a report that spoke of Cloud9's substantive interest in the candidacy of yay. According to an insider, the club will build a revamped roster around the OpTic Gaming star.

Also last week, Cloud9 moved mitch and curry to the inactive list. With these changes, the organization has taken the first step towards rebuilding around yay, who, as previously reported, should be the main star of the updated team.
