According to the court filing, the defendant, Hayden Cohen, allegedly operated online under the names “AdiraFNInfo” on X (formerly Twitter) and “AdiraFN” on Discord. Cohen reportedly worked as an Associate Producer contractor on Epic projects and had access to internal systems containing confidential information.

Epic states that Cohen had signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) as part of his contract. Despite this, the company claims he later accessed internal materials about upcoming Fortnite collaborations and shared the details online. The lawsuit emphasizes that the leaked information did not come from public data mining or speculation but from internal sources that were only accessible through Epic’s systems.

The court documents also claim that during January and February 2026, multiple Fortnite collaboration plans were leaked to thousands of followers. One example cited in the filing involves a January 6, 2026 post that revealed details about an upcoming Fortnite x South Park collaboration, including cosmetic items that had not yet been announced. Epic officially revealed the crossover two days later, on January 8, with the items arriving in the game shortly afterward.

Another incident mentioned in the lawsuit occurred on January 13, 2026, when the same account allegedly leaked information about a Solo Leveling collaboration. Epic did not officially confirm that crossover until February 18, 2026, more than a month after the alleged leak. Screenshots from social media posts have reportedly been included in the legal filing as supporting evidence.

The case highlights the ongoing challenges developers face when dealing with leaks of confidential information, particularly when those leaks originate from individuals with internal access. Further updates on the lawsuit and its outcome are expected as the situation develops.
