EA SPORTS Launches FC Pro Mobile Esports Ecosystem With $350,000 Prize Pool

EA SPORTS has officially announced EA SPORTS FC Pro Mobile, introducing a dedicated global esports ecosystem designed specifically for FC Mobile players. The new competitive structure will provide a clear pathway from regional qualifiers all the way to an official world championship, with a total prize pool of $350,000.

The program is scheduled to begin in June 2026 and represents EA’s largest investment into mobile esports to date.

Built as an extension of the existing FC Pro ecosystem on console and PC, the initiative aims to establish a full competitive ladder for mobile football players worldwide.

A Global Competitive Structure for FC Mobile

The new esports ecosystem focuses on fast-paced 1v1 gameplay while adding more competitive depth through advanced squad-building mechanics and the newly introduced FC Pro Draft system on mobile.

EA SPORTS is also partnering with major publishers and regional organizations, including:

• Tencent Games
• Garena

These partnerships will help localize tournaments across major mobile gaming markets such as:

• South Korea
• China
• Vietnam

The ecosystem will feature regional broadcasts, localized events, and partnerships with football leagues and federations around the world.

FC Pro Mobile Global Qualifiers Begin in June

The competitive season officially starts with the FC Pro Mobile Global Qualifiers in June 2026.

Hosted online through Battlefy, the qualifiers will allow players ranked FC Champion or higher in Head2Head mode to compete across multiple global regions, including:

• Southeast Asia
• Europe
• Americas
• Oceania
• MENA

EA SPORTS also confirmed that an additional qualification window will take place later in August, giving players another chance to secure a spot at the World Championship.

Partner Leagues and Regional Representation

FC Pro Mobile will also collaborate with football leagues and federations, allowing players to represent official clubs and organizations competitively on mobile.

More information regarding participating leagues and teams is expected to be revealed closer to launch.

Mid-Season Playoffs Set for July

The ecosystem’s first major international event will arrive in July with the FC Pro Mobile Mid-Season Playoffs.

The tournament will feature:

• 24 qualified players
• Group stage competition
• Single-elimination playoffs
• A $100,000 prize pool

This event will serve as the first major championship within the FC Pro Mobile ecosystem.

World Championship Coming in October

The inaugural season will conclude with the FC Pro Mobile World Championship in October 2026.

A total of 32 players from around the world will compete over four days for:

• A $250,000 prize pool
• The title of the first-ever FC Pro Mobile World Champion

The event is expected to become the centerpiece of EA’s new mobile esports strategy.
