Sign UpThe main motivation behind the decision to leave the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark is the negative opinion of the board of directors regarding the process of listing their shares on the exchange, which resulted in their value dropping to $0.14 per share. After completing the delisting procedure, the club will be able to reduce expenses by approximately $3 million annually.
