The management of Astralis has approved the decision to delist from the stock exchange
The Astralis organization is planning to exit the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark stock exchange. This decision was made during a special meeting of the board of directors.
Currently, the club is actively preparing an application to delist from the exchange, and an official announcement will follow.
The main motivation behind the decision to leave the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark is the negative opinion of the board of directors regarding the process of listing their shares on the exchange, which resulted in their value dropping to $0.14 per share. After completing the delisting procedure, the club will be able to reduce expenses by approximately $3 million annually.
