New season of Dota 2 Champions League announced
EPIC Esports Events continue to fill the void during the break between DPC cycles. Tournament operators have announced a new season of Dota 2 Champions League, which will be held from January 24 to February 17.
As many as 18 teams will play in the new round of D2CL. Of these, 14 will go through the group stage, and 4 will receive a direct invitation to the playoffs.

Dota 2 Champions League Season playoff participants

Teams will compete for a total prize pool of $50,000 with a top prize of $20,000. The group stage matches will be played according to the Round-Robin system in bo3 format.
The first games of Dota 2 Champions League Season 7 will start on January 24th. The exact schedule of games will appear a little later.
