Natus Vincere Opens Coaching Role for Dota 2 Youth Team
Ukrainian esports powerhouse Natus Vincere (NAVI)is now hiring a coach for its Dota 2 youth roster, marking a key step in the organization’s continued investment in homegrown talent.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate fluency in English and have coaching experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 teams. While not mandatory, being based in Ukraine is considered a strong advantage.

Sign UpThis move comes on the heels of major roster changes within NAVI’s Dota 2 division. Following the PGL Wallachia S5 tournament in June 2025, the main team’s players transitioned into free agency. In response, NAVI promoted talent from its NAVI Junior lineup to fill the vacancies — signaling a renewed focus on developing emerging players.
