NiP representatives reported on social media that they have made changes to their CS: GO roster. Simon 'twist' Eliasson left the team this time. Erik 'ztr' Gustafsson, who represents NiP's youth roster, will take the place of the e-sportsman in the team in the coming events.

At the moment there is no information about where twist will continue his career, but the Swede said that he does not intend to end his career and will look for opportunities to continue performing on the professional stage. He has represented the NiP banners since September 2019.

According to NiP COO Jonas Gundersen, this move should bring positive fresh energy to the team and drive progress. At the same time, the management will try to test the development methodology of the youth players by including one of them in the starting lineup of the main roster. The debut of ztr in the NiP main squad will take place in the match against Astralis within the BLAST Premier Spring Series 2021.

The personnel changes affected not only the CS: GO roster players, but also the coaches. Head coach Bjorn 'THREAT' Pers will now be assisted by new CS 1.6 mate Fredrik 'JAEGARN' Andersson, while rowing champion David McGohan has been appointed performance manager.
