NiP Bench r1nkle: Star Dane stavn Joins the Roster
Ninjas in Pyjamas have officially announced that Ukrainian sniper Artem "r1nkle" Moroz has been moved to the bench. According to club representatives, the decision stems from a desire to "shift the team's direction, reshape roles, and refresh team dynamics."
r1nkle’s Journey with the "Ninjas"
Artem joined NiP in April 2024 and spent two productive years with the organization. His individual statistics remained consistently high throughout his tenure:
- Maps Played: 415
- Average Rating: 1.10
- ADR: 76.5
- KAST: 73.2%
Despite these solid numbers, Tier-1 trophies remained elusive for the squad. The team’s peak achievements during this period included second-place finishes at YaLLa Compass 2024 and StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2025, alongside a victory on the Tier-2 scene at Roman Imperium Cup VI.
The New Sniper and the Road Ahead
Taking r1nkle's spot in the starting lineup is the renowned Danish player Martin "stavn" Lund. Interestingly, in NiP, he will take over the primary AWP role—a move that marks a new chapter in his career and is expected to provide the team with the necessary firepower and veteran experience for high-stakes matches.
r1nkle reacted to the news professionally:
"I want to thank the organization and my teammates for our time together. I am open to new offers and ready for the next step," Artem commented.
Given his extensive experience at the highest level and his transition to free agency, it is unlikely the Ukrainian player will remain on the sidelines for long. Meanwhile, analysts are keen to see how stavn adapts to the dedicated sniper role in this revamped NiP roster.
