BLAST officially presented the list of invited teams to the closed European qualifiers for RMR tournaments
Tournament operator BLAST has officially approved the list of teams that will take part in the closed European qualifiers for RMR tournaments. Guided by the fresh rating from Valve, the organizers of the upcoming major invited sixteen teams to the qualifiers, eight in each of the two qualifiers.
It is reported that if one of the teams refuses the invitation, then its place will go to the next team in the ranking, and so on.
Participants of the first closed qualifier for Europe:
- 1WIN, IKLA, Astralis, SAW, HAVU, 9INE, Copenhagen Flames and G2 Esports
Participants of the second closed qualifier for Europe:
- Monte, Aurora Gaming, forZe, OG, GamerLegion, Illuminar Gaming, Apeks and Team Falcons
Note that today, February 13, the first open qualification for Europe starts. Here, over 500 participants will compete for the first eight tickets to the closed qualifiers.
In turn, closed European qualifiers for RMR tournaments will be held online from 16 to 19 February. Here, participants will compete for sixteen tickets to the upcoming RMR tournaments in Copenhagen, as well as places in the dropout qualifiers.
