HEROIC Set for CS2 Roster Shake-Up After BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025

HEROIC has announced upcoming changes to its Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) roster, set to take place following the conclusion of the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025. The news was shared via the organization’s official X (formerly Twitter) account.

As part of the changes, Álvaro "SunPayus" García, the team’s Spanish AWPer, and Finnish head coach Eetu "sAw" Saha will both be departing the lineup. The duo is expected to join G2 Esports, continuing their partnership on a new stage.

The BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 is scheduled to run from June 3 to 22 in Austin, Texas, boasting a $1.25 million prize pool and gathering the world’s top CS2 teams in one of the year’s most anticipated tournaments.
