Rumors: rik to head 00NATION's female line-up

According to The Enemy, the Norwegian esports organization 00NATION plans to appoint rik as the head coach of its female VALORANT squad. The 27-year-old Brazilian specialist is a free agent and is ready to lead the team before the start of the new season of the Game Changers series.

rik spent a season and a half as head coach for the Liberty. Together with the team, the 27-year-old Brazilian specialist became the winner of the Esportsmaker Spike Series II and VALORANT Champions Tour 2021 Brazil Stage 3 Challengers 3, and also made it to the top three at Chroma Cup #3, VALORANT Champions Tour 2021: Brazil Stage 2 Challengers 3, VALORANT Champions Tour 2021: Brazil Stage 3 Challengers Playoffs and VALORANT Champions Tour 2021: South America Last Chance Qualifier.

However, rik became a free agent last fall but failed to find a new team during the long off-season. However, now the 27-year-old Brazilian specialist has managed to negotiate with a new team to try his hand at the female scene for the first time.

00NATION was also reportedly considering walck, a former MIBR Female coach. However, the club soon abandoned this idea, despite the fact that the Brazilian specialist is a de facto free agent. In turn, at the end of last year, rik negotiated with the FURIA team, but this option soon disappeared by itself.

00NATION is currently finalizing preparations for the official roster announcement for VCT 2023: Game Changers Brazil Series 1 - Qualifier 1. The championship will begin on Monday, January 23rd and the roster will be revealed in the next two days.
