Zellsis is the new Sentinels player
The North American esports organization Sentinels has announced the strengthening of the VALORANT roster by signing a contract with Zellsis. Recall that the 24-year-old American player has been playing for the Version1 team for the last year and a half. According to rumors, Kanpeki will follow in the opposite direction, which turned out not to be needed by the Sentinels for the next championship.
Zellsis has been part of Version1 since the team's inception last February. For a year and a half, the 24-year-old American esportsman helped the team win the Knights Monthly Gauntlet - March and NSG: Winter Championship - Open 4, reach the finals at VCT 2021: North America Stage 2 Challengers Finals, and also take 5-6th place at VCT 2021: Stage 2 Masters - Reykjavik.
I joined the Sentinels today and I want to thank everyone for the warm welcome and everyone who tuned in for the first broadcast after the transition, it means a lot. Thanks to the guys from the Sentinels for the games, it was a lot of fun, wrote Zellsis.
Note that the Sentinels recently signed a former CS:GO player and popular streamer shroud, who will close the hole in the lineup associated with the forced absence of SicK.
The Sentinels' next championship will be the 2022 VALORANT Champions Tour: North America Last Chance Qualifier, which will take place in August. The team will compete for one ticket to VALORANT Champions 2022, which will also be fought for by The Guard, FaZe Clan, Cloud9, Shopify Rebellion, NRG, 100 Thieves and Evil Geniuses.
From now on, the Sentinels roster for VALORANT is as follows:
- ShahZaM
- shroud
- dapr
- Tenz
- Zellsis
- Rawkus (coach)
