Crazy Raccoon has unveiled a new line-up
Japanese esports organization Crazy Raccoon has unveiled an updated VALORANT roster. After parting ways with most of its former roster, the organization has decided to rethink its vision for the future by signing young and promising esports players.
The main news was the re-signing of the contract with Munchkin. Recall that the 23-year-old South Korean esportsman played for the team throughout the last season, taking part in VCT 2021: Stage 2 Masters - Reykjavík, VCT 2021: Stage 3 Masters - Berlin and VALORANT Champions 2021. He will be accompanied by another experienced fighter in the person Astell. The 24-year-old South Korean player spent the last season with Northeption, with whom he won the VCT 2021: Japan Stage 2 Challengers 1.
The first young addition to Crazy Raccoon was popogachi. The 18-year-old Japanese stood out in the BlackBird Ignis line-up, with which he reached the First Strike Japan finals, and also took third place in the VCT 2021: Japan Stage 3 Challengers 1. The last player in the updated team line-up was Meiy, who previously represented the colors of Northeption.
Recall that the only member of the previous line-up was neth. The 25-year-old Japanese esportsman has bypassed all the changes, while his former teammates left the organization to join other clubs.
The updated Crazy Raccoon roster will debut on the 2022 VALORANT Champions Tour: Japan Stage 1 Challengers starting late next month.
From now on, the composition of Crazy Raccoon is as follows:
- neth.
- Meiy.
- Astell.
- popogachi.
- Munchkin.
- Twinkl (coach).
