Chiefs Esports Club to part ways with VALORANT roster
According to insider George Geddes, the Australian esports organization Chiefs Esports Club plans to part ways with its VALORANT roster. It is reported that the players have already become free agents, as the organization notified them to look for a new club. The reasons for this decision are unknown.
During her time on the scene, Chiefs Esports Club took part in only one official match, while managing to win the LPL 2021 Winter Cup - Legends. In addition, the team was supposed to compete in the VCT 2021: North America Last Chance Qualifier, but together with ORDER, they were unable to fly to North America due to coronavirus restrictions.
After that, the team remained in the shadows, not indulging in the news. Now, it seems, the organization has decided to withdraw support from its membership. At the same time, the Chiefs Esports Club is preparing to take part in the VALORANT Oceania Tour 2022: Stage 1, which starts on January 28th. At the same time, the Australian team got into the light group, where Iconic, Crimas Disciples and MEOW MEOW are also represented.
