OldBoy moved to Unicorns of Love
Ukrainian esportsman OldBoy announced his departure from the Virtus.pro team and continued his career as part of Unicorns of Love in the PUBG Mobile discipline. The 22-year-old player spoke about this on his social networks, summing up the results of the past year.
I managed to work with a cool team, with good players and just nice people. I wish them all good luck, but unfortunately on this note our paths parted. This year I tried to focus on my discipline and team play, I think that I coped with these tasks successfully.
I plan to try myself in an English-speaking team, as this is a new stage for me, experience and opportunities. In the new year I will focus on my English. And I will delight you with new successes!
Thank you for the long journey that you go with me, rejoice at my victories and achievements as your own, I want to thank each of you. Once again I would like to wish everyone a peaceful sky over their heads.
OldBoy spent his last season with Virtus.pro. Here, the 22-year-old Ukrainian player became the winner of KDV eSports League Season 3 and Diamond PMPL WEU Challenge 2022, and also made it to the top three at Altel Cyber Games Season 5 and PUBG Mobile Pro League - Western Europe Fall 2022.
Note that this is not the first change in the composition of Virtus.pro - earlier the organization announced the breakup with TULIKA and Korka. In addition, the day before the club was left without the head coach Kompot_trash.
In turn, in October, Unicorns of Love said goodbye to Reznov and Gonzo, as a result of which the team was forced to play with STAR as a stand-in.
