Akshan is out - patch 11.15 update notes

New champion

Akshan prepares to log out of the test server. It will be possible to play for the new champion from July 22, but for now, we suggest that you familiarize yourself with his skills.

Gains

Blitzcrank will become stronger - the champion has increased the armor indicators, as well as the damage from the Q skill. Caitlin has long needed a buff - the champion didn't fit into the new shooters meta and at the moment she has a 48.93% win rate. In patch 11.15, the skill's Q damage coefficient was increased at high levels. Let's see if Caitlin succeeds in becoming the meta champion again.

The base damage of Cassiopeia 's enhanced E skill has been increased by 10 at all levels. Already, the community is discussing that this is too strong a buff, since this skill is used so many times in one match. Also, Kennen did not go unnoticed - now his Q will do more damage, especially in the later stages of the game.

Thanks to Mordekaiser's W boost, it will be much easier for him to stand in the lane against difficult matchups. At the moment, the champion has a 49.34% win rate at all ranks and this boost will allow him to win more often. The situation is the same with Rell, so Riot Games decided to roll back the nerf from update 11.5 and dropped the 2 second cooldown on the W skill.

Nidalee is in an extremely sad situation: 46.24% win rate at all ranks and a reputation as one of the weakest junglers in the game. The developers are hoping to fix the situation by adding a survival champion, but most players believe that such a change will not help Nidalee in any way.

Shyvana dropped out of the meta due to the fact that she cannot clear the camps of the forest monsters quickly enough. Riot Games decided to help her with this and now she will be able to use the Q skill earlier and do more damage. Syndra did not go unnoticed - in the new patch, the mana costs for the creation of the Dark Orb at early levels.

Last but not least is Shai's ultimate cooldown reduction. The champion is not very popular in the game and also has a low win rate of 47.68%. This buff will add not only damage, but also the survivability that she needs so much.

The newly introduced Bortolom item has been enhanced in the late game to provide more armor and magic resistance.

Weakening

Annie reduced the damage gain from ability power with skill Q. This champion still combines the utmost simplicity of gameplay with high efficiency at the expense of massive damage. The situation is similar with Aurelion Sol - this champion has an incredibly high winrate at high ranks (54%), so Riot Games increased his skill Q cooldown.

In good hands, Gwen became a deadly weapon, and thanks to the large attack speed gain from E in the early levels, she was the winner of their fights in most cases. This parameter was nerfed.

After being reworked in patch 11.14, Irelia has become significantly stronger - in just a few weeks, her winrate has increased from 47 to 51 percent. Such a sharp jump did not pass by the developers and in the new patch W the skill was weakened.

Cale reduced magic resistance, as it became more often played in the middle lane, and Silas increased the damage from the Q skill, but greatly reduced the healing from the W, weakening his potential in early fights.

Trash is currently one of the best tech support. A large amount of control, good damage, as well as save allies are his calling card. Riot Games is actively trying to balance this champion and for several patches in a row weaken his skills, and this time Thresh did not go unnoticed: the cooldown of E of the skill was increased.

Viego is still one of the strongest champions in the game. He will now receive less healing from Q-tagged minions and deal less damage to them.

Wukong will become less resilient on the top lane due to reduced health regeneration. At the moment, the champion has a 51.87% win rate and, thanks to his resists, can live a long time in teamfights.

Other changes

Bugs have been fixed in the passive and E Rambla skills. Since the developers gave this champion the opportunity to play in the forest, various bugs and chips have been discovered that either helped or interfered with the game, but starting with this patch the champion will work correctly.

The Ultimate Skill Book mode has also been improved. The key changes are the addition and removal Ultimate Malfita absolute Trinadmira duration.
