Afreeca Freecs have announced a roster that will play in LCK Challengers League 2021. Players such as Bae 'Gangbong' Jeong-sub, Oh 'Brush' Jung-young and Lee 'BuLLDoG' Tay-young have left the previous roster. Their places in the new roster were taken by Young 'Minit' Hyun-min, Jeong 'Burry' Song-hwan and Lee 'Storm' Jay-dong as support, jungler and mid, respectively.
The academy was recruited last September with the arrival of Gangbong and Brush. The players showed quite poor results with the exception of only one LCK Academy Series October 2020, where they took 2nd place and received $ 875 as a reward.
Afreeca Freecs Academy now looks like this:
- Shin 'Trap' Seung-min
- Jeong 'Burry' Seung-hwan
- Lee 'Storm' Jae-dong
- Ko 'Valkyrie' Jun-young
- Kim 'MapSSi' Do-young
- Yang 'Minit' Hyun-min
