Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look on Netflix Will Have 30 Minutes of Duration

Announced earlier this month, Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look was supposed to offer a fresh look at the most anticipated game of 2026. Rockstar had even partnered with Netflix to premiere the new gameplay footage, but this week the hacker Cyberleek has already leaked seven GTA 6 gameplay clips—and it seems he has no intention of stopping any time soon.

Naturally, given the considerable amount of GTA 6 gameplay footage that has already been released, revealing new mechanics and other details, many users are now less excited about the Netflix special Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look, which is coming on August 27. By then, Cyberleek will likely have published a few more clips, but a new BBC report reveals that Rockstar still has a few tricks up its sleeve. According to the new report, Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look will be 30 minutes long; however, if you add up the duration of all the gameplay leaks, it already amounts to almost half of this presentation, which is rather ironic. Nevertheless, it is believed that Cyberleek revealed an even earlier version of GTA 6, so we will see a more in-depth look at the game on Netflix. If we’re really in for a half-hour presentation on GTA 6, Rockstar is clearly preparing to reveal a great deal about the game, particularly its gameplay. This also ties in with a recent rumor from insider remiremus. According to his latest report, during 'Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look,' Rockstar will showcase the game’s complex gameplay, reveal the cast, and demonstrate 80 new mechanics and over 300 activities within the game world.

As for the GTA 6 gameplay leak, yet another video—the seventh so far— surfaced just a couple of hours ago. For the first time, it shows the mechanics of filling a car with petrol, followed by a petrol station heist, slow-motion crashes in the style of NFS: Underground 2, and even a visit to a strip club.
