Insider Revealed Possible Content of Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look

Exactly one week from now, Netflix will premiere Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look—the game’s next official presentation, which was confirmed earlier this month. Unfortunately, a massive leak of GTA 6 gameplay took place this week, and many have already forgotten about the upcoming Netflix presentation. Nevertheless, according to a new report, Rockstar Games is expected to have something truly spectacular in store for next week.

The well-known insider remiremus_, who is believed to have links to Rockstar and has previously shared insider insights about GTA 6, has revealed in a new post on X what to expect from ‘Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look’ next week. According to his report, players can look forward to a 30-minute gameplay showcase, during which GTA 6’s gameplay will be revealed, along with details about the story. What’s more, Rockstar will confirm the cast and showcase a range of gameplay mechanics and activities, and we can look forward to “A trip to Europe”—it appears that part of the game (or probably one of the missions) will be set there. GTA 6 will officially go into a gameplay trailer August 27th that’s 30 minutes long. Mainly rumoured to show:

• Complex gameplay/cinematics as well
• A trip to Europe
• Official real life actors reveal at the end
• The story plot and structure
• 80 new mechanics
• 300+ activities

There had previously been rumors that Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look might take the form of a series comprising three episodes; however, no details regarding its content have been made public. Despite the information from an insider, his report should be considered with a grain of salt, as none of this has been officially confirmed.

As for the GTA 6 leaks, a hacker, Cyberleek, has published four gameplay videos of the game and revealed what the official map looks like. Thanks to these, new details about the game have also come to light—for instance, the need to fuel up cars, a 6-star wanted level, a reputation system similar to that in Red Dead Redemption 2, and much more.
