Rockstar Games Will Present Multiple GTA 6 Trailer Showcases Soon

As we know, the marketing campaign of GTA 6 is officially starting this summer, though there are no details on the exact day. However, Rockstar Games is currently preparing for this huge event, as the studio reportedly started the production of physical promotional materials for the game in New York and is even looking to hire a production artist.

All of this is happening against a backdrop of persistent rumors regarding a new Grand Theft Auto VI trailer release this month, especially as Take-Two Interactive, the parent company of Rockstar Games, is set to hold its next earnings call on May 21. While there are currently no official hints from Rockstar Games regarding a new GTA 6 trailer— aside from a potential teaser in GTA Online —insider DetectiveSeeds recently claimed that, as part of the partnership between Take-Two and PlayStation, the game could be showcased at one of the company's events, such as State of Play. The next show is already rumored to take place in late May or early June.

Moreover, an insider issued a new statement regarding the imminent release of a new GTA 6 trailer. According to him, Rockstar Games plans to premiere it on its own platforms first, followed by future Sony events. It remains unclear whether the video will be identical in both instances.

“You will see Rockstar show the GTA6 Trailer 3 on its own, and then see it show up at a Playstation event to show off the PS5 GTA6 bundles.”

In the further posts on X, DetectiveSeeds also clarifies Grand Theft Auto VI will not be postponed, as bundles with the game and PlayStation 6 are already appearing on GameStop and will be fully revealed soon enough. Many users may consider this report a rumor, but DetectiveSeeds has proven himself as a reliable scooper, as he told about the marketing deal between PlayStation and Rockstar Games in 2024.
