Mafia Definitive Edition will be released on September 25

Earlier, there was a rumor about this information, however, the developers of the game confirmed the available information on their Twitter account. The cause of the transfer was the coronavirus pandemic.

The remake date was rescheduled for almost a month. Initially, Hangar 13, developing the game, wanted the project to be released on August 28. Based on what the representatives of the studio say, the processing of the first part of Mafia in size can easily compare with what Capcom did during the development of the remake of Resident Evil 2.

Hangar 13 make the Mafia Definitive Edition on the same engine as the Mafia III. Some cut scenes will be radically redesigned along with the game's soundtrack and some plot details.
