Riding High in Diablo 4: Patch 1.1.1 Introduces Uber Horses
In the ever-evolving world of Diablo 4, players have faced countless obstacles while journeying through the Fractured Peaks. Skeleton barricades, a persistent nuisance, have been a bane for adventurers and their trusty horses. However, a ray of hope shines with the upcoming patch 1.1.1, as game director Joe Shely recently revealed a game-changing addition.
Mounts in Diablo 4 will now gain the ability to smash through those pesky barricades, providing a much-needed solution to the bony blockade problem. The 10-second mount cooldown will also be reset upon using ladders, addressing another irritation during exploration.
Moreover, controller players will finally receive a fair share of the speed boost benefits. The Spur ability's speed boost, which previously stacked only twice for them, will now be fixed to stack three times in patch 1.1.1.
While the full list of changes for the upcoming patch has yet to be unveiled, Blizzard is set to release the patch notes on Wednesday ahead of its launch next week. Recently, it was announced that Sorcerers and Barbarians will receive significant buffs to level the playing field with other classes in Diablo 4's first season. Key skills and Legendary aspects for these classes will be substantially enhanced, paving the way for both improved existing builds and new possibilities.
As players anticipate these exciting changes, some might only have one question in mind: Will their trusty steeds now race faster than ever before? With the arrival of patch 1.1.1 on August 8, players can look forward to experiencing the thrill of the new Uber Horses in Diablo 4.
