Ukrainian Indie Developer Ternox Games Reaches 50,000 Sales With STONKS-9800
Independent Ukrainian solo developer Ternox Games has announced that his quirky stock market simulator STONKS-9800 has sold over 50,000 copies since launching in Early Access two years ago.
The game puts players in the shoes of an ambitious investor, starting out as an ordinary shareholder and striving to become the wealthiest citizen of Japan. The climb to the top isn’t easy — it’s filled with risky moves, legal loopholes, and unexpected twists. Along the way, players encounter unique side activities such as pachinko mini-games and horse race betting, adding layers of unpredictability to the experience.
