Epic Games will help in the restoration of Ukraine

Epic Games will donate all proceeds from Fortnite to the affected residents of Ukraine. The charity event, which Xbox has also joined, will run until April 3rd.

Epic will donate all income generated by Fortnite from March 20, 2022 to April 3, 2022 in the form of humanitarian aid to people affected by the war in Ukraine.

Xbox is going to participate in this promotion and donate all the proceeds from Fortnite during this period so that together we can raise more funds.

The following are the humanitarian organizations we support. They provide immediate and emergency support, including providing people with medical care, food, clean water, essential food, legal advice and shelter. More organizations will be added to the list in the coming weeks.

All real money purchases made between March 20, 2022 and April 3, 2022 will be used to help restore Ukraine. These include V-Bucks Packs, Fortnite Squad Membership, Gifted Battle Passes, and real-money cosmetic packs. Retail-purchased in-game cosmetic items or V-Bucks cards will also count if they are redeemed in-game within the time limit above.

All Epic revenue generated by Fortnite is the total value of all purchases of Fortnite in-game merchandise (including activation codes from retail stores) worldwide between March 20, 2022 and April 3, 2022, excluding taxes, third-party platform fees or returns.

Purchases made in Fortnite between March 20, 2022 and April 3, 2022 do not count as tax-free donations. All Epic revenue generated by Fortnite during this time frame will be donated to humanitarian aid funds.
