CrisisX Set to Launch on Mobile and PC in Q2 2026, Gets Spotlight at Gamescom

Hero Games has officially announced that their ambitious zombie survival MMORPG, CrisisX, will launch on Android, iOS, and PC in Q2 2026. The game, which previously entered early access in Southeast Asia, will make a high-profile appearance at Gamescom 2025, offering fans an exclusive look at what's to come.

Survive the Infected, Conquer the Wild

CrisisX is an open-world survival crafting game set in a massive post-apocalyptic landscape spanning 1,200 km². Players will have to navigate a world ravaged by infection, hostile survivors, and harsh natural elements—all while managing hunger, thirst, and health. Each server supports up to 5,000 concurrent players, encouraging large-scale collaboration and competition.

You can choose to go solo or team up by forming Teams, Groups, or Communes to claim strategic resource points, defend territories, and expand your influence. The game features 12 unique biomes and thousands of hand-crafted architectural sites, offering a rich world to explore.

Craft, Fight, and Build Your Own Haven

Players will have access to a wide variety of weapons, from melee tools like machetes and crossbows to high-powered firearms and armored vehicles. Every physical action impacts your character's stats and stamina, making survival and combat both tactical and immersive.

Outside of combat, players can build and upgrade homesteads, complete with fences, farms, and livestock. Defending these from relentless waves of the Infected adds a strategic layer to base building. The game also includes activities like fishing, large-scale guild battles, and diverse environments—all supported by impressive visuals and animation.

Pre-Registration and Beta Testing

Hero Games has opened pre-registration via the official website, with a beta test also planned for later this year. With its large-scale gameplay, in-depth survival mechanics, and dynamic multiplayer features, CrisisX is shaping up to be one of the most ambitious survival MMOs on the horizon.
