PUMA becomes technical sponsor of Revenant Esports
Indian esports organization Revenant Esports has announced a partnership with global sportswear manufacturer PUMA. As a result, the brand will become the technical sponsor of the club and provide kits for all squads, as well as content creators.
It is reported that the agreement was concluded for a period of one year, but may be extended in the future. Revenant Esports is one of the fastest growing esports organizations in India, with locations in both India and the United States. The club is currently featured in Call of Duty: Mobile and PUBG disciplines.
This deal marks PUMA's first official partnership with an Indian esports team. Interestingly, PUMA is one of the top selling sportswear brands in India.
Rohit Jagasia, Founder & CEO of Revenant Esports: "PUMA is one of the most successful sports brands in the world and we are very proud to be the first esports team in India to be affiliated with them. This partnership is a step in the right direction for Revenant Esports and a testament to our goal of enriching the experience of the esports community and our fans."
Despite being her first collaboration for the brand in India, PUMA is a longtime supporter of esports. The company, in particular, is a partner of Gen.G Esports, as well as previously entered into similar deals with Natus Vincere, EVOS Esports and Cloud9. The brand recently worked with XSET co-founder Erin Ashley Simon to launch RKDO, a gaming apparel brand.
