Pure became the new Entity carry
Indian esports organization Entity has completed the Dota 2 roster by signing for the first position of Pure. Recall that earlier the 18-year-old Russian player played for the Virtus.pro team (Outsiders).
We have been closely following the recent incident involving Pure. While playing for Virtus.pro in the DPC EEU 2021/2022 Tour 2: Division I Playoffs, he drew a "Z" symbol on the minimap while the match was paused. As a result, the team was disqualified. Fully aware of the PR nightmare that awaits us, we decided to invite Ivan to our team. After the departure of Crystallis, we needed to find a worthy replacement.
Our main priority was to be able to compete with the strongest, maintain and improve our results within the DPC. We considered several options, but in the end we decided that Ivan would suit us the most.
We think he made a big mistake, but we also think it wasn't big enough for him to lose his career at 18. The team and players decided to support Ivan and compete with him.
The last team in Pure's career was Virtus.pro (Outsiders), for which he played from November 2021 to April 2022. In five months, the 18-year-old player made it to the top three at DPC EEU 2021/2022 Tour 1: Division I, DPC EEU 2021/2022 Tour 1: Regional Final, Dota 2 Champions League Season 8 and Dota 2 Champions League Season 9.
In turn, Entity recently parted ways with Crystallis, who went on a promotion to Team Secret.
Recall that according to the results of DPC WEU 2021/2022 Tour 2: Division I, the team took sixth place and retained its residence in the top division. The next championship for Entity will start in a week and a half.
From now on, the composition of the Entity for Dota 2 is as follows:
- Pure.
- Stormstormer.
- Toby.
- Kataomi`.
- fishman.
- MeTTpuM (coach).
