Dycha’s Time with Monte

Dycha joined Monte in July 2024, alongside his former ENCE teammate Olek "hades" Miskiewicz. Despite showing promise, the Polish-speaking lineup struggled to achieve consistent results. They narrowly missed qualification for the Perfect World Shanghai Major EU RMRs and only secured one notable LAN appearance—a semi-final finish at ESL Challenger Katowice in October 2024.

Since the promotion of Monte Gen prospects Jack "Gizmy" von Spreckelsen and Gytis "ryu" Glušauskas earlier this year, the team's performance has been inconsistent. While they managed a second-place finish in CCT Season 2 Europe Series 16, they *crashed out of Series 17 in 20-22nd place.

Dycha’s Statement on His Departure

Dycha shed light on his decision in a public statement:

"Earlier this month, I asked the organization to be removed from the team's active roster. We mutually agreed to play out the remaining matches to maintain the VRS ranking without major disruption.

After concluding this, I’ve decided to take a short break from competition.

My goal remains the same—I want to keep competing at the highest level of CS, and I'm still highly motivated to make this happen."
