FaZe Clan secured a hard-fought victory over G2 Esports in the lower bracket of Group A at IEM Katowice 2025, winning the series 2:1 (16:13 on Ancient, 10:13 on Inferno, and 13:8 on Nuke).
With this result, FaZe moves forward to face Eternal Fire, who eliminated 3DMAX from the tournament with another 2:1 win (4:13 on Inferno, 16:13 on Anubis, and 13:10 on Dust2).
Following their defeats, G2 Esports and 3DMAX finish in 9th-12th place, each taking home $16,000 in prize money.
